• The use of any language other than Greek, Greeklish, or English (on the English version of the website) is not permitted.

Copyright Policy
Users of the website are not permitted to post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any manner any content that is protected by copyright, trademarks, or patented products belonging to third parties, unless they have obtained prior written consent from the rightful owner of such rights.

These Terms have been filed with the Notary Public of Athens, Kyriaki Anomeriti, residing in Athens, at 66 Skoufa Street.

This website (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Website’) is the intellectual property of the company under the name ‘EIDISEOFONIKI ELLAS SOCIETE ANONYME COMMERCIAL COMPANY – TELEAUDIOINFORMATION SERVICES – INTEGRATED IT AND COMMUNICATION SERVICES’, operating under the distinctive title ‘NEWSPHONE HELLAS S.A.’, headquartered in Kallithea, at 280 Thiseos Avenue (hereinafter referred to as ‘THE COMPANY’), in accordance with Law 2121/1993 on ‘Intellectual Property’, as amended and currently in force.

THE COMPANY retains the exclusive intellectual property rights over the design and layout of the Website, with the exception of the Website’s content that belongs to the individuals or entities whose products and/or services are displayed through it, as well as content that may be contributed by users (including, but not limited to, comments or opinions posted by users on the Website). Any violation of these rights by any means shall result in legal liability and the penalties provided for by law.
